Products damaged due to customer mishandling or misuse
Items without original packaging, accessories, or manuals
Return requests made after 7 days of delivery

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
If the return is not eligible, we will inform you and return the product at your expense (if applicable)
We offer free replacements if:
The product is damaged, defective, or
You received the wrong item
If a replacement is unavailable, you will receive a full refund.
We cover return shipping if the error is ours (wrong, damaged, or defective item)
In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
